1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User" or "Player") and rezeki44 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the rezeki44 website located at rezeki44.lat, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, casino games, sports betting features, virtual sports, blackjack, and any additional services offered by the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of rezeki44 services — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, blackjack, and virtual sports — you are required to create a registered account. When registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian contact number.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rezeki44 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activities:

• rezeki44 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank online transfers.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmed payment. Any delays caused by third-party payment processors are beyond rezeki44's direct control.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as your rezeki44 account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• rezeki44 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Any funds deposited on the platform are held for gaming purposes only. rezeki44 does not pay interest on account balances. Players are responsible for reporting any tax obligations arising from winnings in accordance with Malaysian tax law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

rezeki44 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players only. Any attempt to exploit promotions through systematic play, arbitrage, or abuse will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the rezeki44 platform are expected to engage with our services honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the platform for any criminal or unlawful purpose.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, through the use of VPNs or other methods intended to obscure your true location.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another individual.
• Using offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language in any communication with rezeki44 staff or other players through platform features.

Violation of any of the above may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the rezeki44 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, audio, and visual materials — is the intellectual property of rezeki44 or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the rezeki44 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from rezeki44. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rezeki44 shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.

In all cases, rezeki44's maximum aggregate liability to any single user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

rezeki44 is committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection principles. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering on the rezeki44 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.

10. Responsible Gaming

rezeki44 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users in Malaysia. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: The rezeki44 platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. We employ age verification checks during registration and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the user or their payment provider.
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction or disclosure.

Upon closure of your account for non-punitive reasons (such as voluntary closure), any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, rezeki44 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance as permitted by applicable law and our internal compliance policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
